At Onyxlane, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
